Look first
Just the slider, or the whole zip?
Run a finger over the teeth. If they are all there and straight, the slider is usually enough. If one is missing, the whole zip has to come out.
New zip throughout
With a tooth missing the slider keeps popping open at the same point. Patching does not help.

Yes. CHF 35 for trousers includes the zip. Only special lengths or metal zips carry a surcharge, and we name it beforehand.
Will you find the right colour?
Nearly always — we keep a large stock. If not, we order it in, and it takes a few days longer.
Down jackets too?
Yes, but the price depends on the construction. Bring the jacket in, we look at it and name a fixed price.
How long does it take?
Normally 48 hours.
