Washing, not scrubbing
We identify the material and the dye first, dust it dry, then wash with the pile. Hand-knotted rugs are done by hand throughout.

Do you collect the rug?
Free within the city of Zürich. Outside it, we agree the journey with you first.
How long does it take?
3 to 5 working days — a rug has to dry all the way through. 48-hour express for a 30% surcharge.
Will cat or dog stains come out?
Usually yes, if they have not been soaking in for months. Urine attacks the dye, so the sooner the better the result.
