Nothing goes into a machine unchecked. We note the stains, test colour fastness, and only then choose the programme.

Most garments are ready within 48 hours. We also offer 24-hour turnaround as an express service.
Can you collect my garments?
Yes — on request we collect in Zürich and the surrounding area. Just ask us.
What if a stain cannot be removed?
We tell you honestly before treatment. With very old or deeply set stains we cannot guarantee a result, and we say so up front.
Are my garments insured?
Yes. Every garment left with us is insured for the whole time it is in our care.
