We will tell you when an alteration is not worth it
Not every garment can take every alteration. If there is no seam allowance, or the cut works against it, we say so instead of taking your money.

These prices apply to standard items in normal condition. If hand work is needed on top, you hear it at drop-off, not at collection.

Most work is done in 48 hours. Small repairs such as a button or a seam are often faster.
Do I need an appointment?
Not for alterations and repairs — just walk in. For wedding dress alterations we book you a slot.
What does a fitting cost?
Nothing. We pin it, show you the result and name the fixed price before any work begins.
Are my garments insured?
Yes. Every garment left with us is insured for the whole time it is in our care.
